I think I'd have to go as far as the drone regions to find one. Elite PvP, right? You're on the side that the OP stated had 1,400 - we're on the side that had the 400. I don't recall anyone complaining about those numbers, it's fine by me. I'm glad UK has found a role in the game, even if it's only tackling for the dps. Captain Thunk
